J By Telegraph. —Pros* Association. Wellington, Friday. I In regard to the complaint from Eltham relative to congestion of business in the Magistrate's Court, the Minister of Justice (Hon. Dr. Findlay) said this morning that lie had no doubt that the difficulty would ba at an end in a fewdays. LAWYERS DISAGREE. ► Stratford, Friday. _ In the Magistrate's Court this morning, Mr. Fookes, solicitor, informed Mr. Greenfield, S.M., that the local Bar entirely disassociated itself with the remarks II reported to have been made at the Eltham Court as conveyed in yesterday's Press message from Eltham, and expressed high appreciation of the magnanimous manner in which Mr. Greenfield stepped into the breach in time of emergency.

While the Court was still sitting Mr. Greenfield received <a telegram as folio w's:—" Wake's remarks not made with sanction and approval .of Eltham Bar."
