The Rarawa brought from Onehunga yesterday morning 70 tons of cargo, in- '■ eluding 12 tons of cement, 12 tons of flour, 10 tons of sugar, and a motor car. THE S.S. ROSAMOND. The s.s. Rosamond will arrive late this morning. She is assisting to pull the Kini off the mud in the Manukau harbor, and consequently cannot run to schedule. A MAMMOTH BATTLESHIP. , The battleship Minas Geraes, stated to be the largest warship in the world, left the Tvne on February 5 for Rio de Janeiro. The Minas Gereas, built by .Messrs Armstrong. Whit-worth and Co., at Elswick, is one of the three warships ordered by the Brazilian Government.! The second was built at Barrow, and! ithe third—the Rio de Janeiro—is nowi under construction -at Elswick. The | i Minas Gereas is 500 ft long, 83ft broad, 1 | nnd has a displacement of about 20.000; • tons on a normal draught of 25ft.
