Martin applied for reduction of ! rent on account of reduction of area of : reserve.—Acceded to. It was decided to offer by auction a section in the Waro district .hitherto described as unlettable. The treasurer reported a balance of £407 2s 7d. Applications for transfers! were approved, subject to all papers being iuj I order: W. D. and C. H. Colson to W. I). j j Colson; V. Elliott to A. C. H. Collins, sec. 557, N.P.; V. Elliott to 11. C. Wright, sec. 556, N.P. A sub-lease from A. W. Reid to John Hodgers was approved. The ranger's report was dealt with in committee, and upon resuming it was decided that tho secretory should write to lessees who were neglecting to keep down noxious weeds. He will also submit to the next mooting of the Board a case, or a list of cases, in which legal action will be taken to enforce the eovI ciianls in the lease.
