Players should note that the following new rules will be enforced this season: Penalty Bully During penalty bully all other players must be outside tfie twenty-five yards line, not striking circle as formerly. If ball hit outside circle then ordinary bully on twenty-live yards line. If the offender hits it behind goal line, then penalty bully taken over again; of course, if he Shits, ball through goal, then a goal is scored. Penalty 'Corner—Cannot be taken at a less distance than ten yards from goal .post; formerly five yards. Extension of Time—Whistle had to blow on expiration of time whether game was in progress or not. Now' rule states that if a penalty bully has been given, timo must not be called until the buUy is finished.
