•LIST OF INSURANCES. By Telegraph.—Press; Aseociation. Palmerston North, Wednesday. The insurance on Millar and Giorgi's stock and fittings amounted to £4200, including £3OO in the Liverpool, London Aind Globe, £SOO in the Yorkshire. £BOO in the Ocean, £250 in the Phoenix, £SOO in the Standard, £750 in the Alliance, £SOO in the New Zealand, and, £SOO in the Royal. The latter was on the stock 1 in the back premises, and not affected. Porteous, grocer, had his storeroom stock insured in the New Zealand for £IOO and £SOO in the London and Lancashire. The same office holds a risk of £2BO on the building and stock. The loss on the stock is estimated at £320. Pegden's polishing-room and stock were insured for £4OO in the Yorkshire. The loss is believed to he £SOO | or £BOO.
