SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Bj lelegrapb.—PreM Ajsooktion Wellington, Last Night. . Following is the Rev. D. C. weather summary and forecast: A •westerly area of low pressure has prevailed in the south, and there has also been a decrease in barometric pressure in the north. The weather has been unsettled and cloudy ra both extremes, and stormy last night in the south. The .present indications are for a change to strong southerly winds with cool and showery weather generally. The barometer will probably rise everywhere soon.
