RIFLE SHOOTING.

A TRIANGULAR MATCH. A triangular match, eight men a-side, was fired on the Mangorei range on Easter Monday the competing parties being the Eltham Rifles and the Mangorei and Kaponga Rifle Clubs'. The -weather conditions left nothing to be desired, there being scarcely any wind and a perfect light. The Kaponga team won with a score of 749, establishing a record for the range they were sihoot-ng on, Mangorei Rifle Club and Eltham Rifles taking second and third place with a score of 729 and 697 respectively. Guy's total was 101: 35 at 200 yds, 34 at 500 yds, and 32 at 600 yds.
