SERIOUS DAMAGE REPORTED. By Telegraph.—Press Aaaoeiation. Auckland, Cast Night. Messrs. L. D. Nathan and Co. have recei\ed the l lollowing cablegram from the Governor of Fiji, dated 25th March: Suva, and, we fear very much, the Fiji group experienced a severe hurricane last night. The extent of the damage is unknown, "out it is believed to he serious, though it is not likely to affect the prosperity of Fiji eventually. Xo lives are yet reported lost."
