Czar Ferdinand's Ministers had a series of interviews at Constantinople, and reached a complete agreement regarding, firstly, a commercial treaty, and, secondly, the delimitation of the undefined points of the frontier, and further linking of. the Bulgarian-Tnrkish railways.
