NAPIER SESSIONS. l'.y Telegraph.— Association. Napier, Last Night. A youth named Wm. Joseph Olsen appeared at the Supreme Court to-day for sentence on a charge of stealing a diamond ring, the property of a person to whom he had been licensed out. .idr Justice Cooper, in ordering that OlJen l'-e sent back to the Weraroa Indus trial School and come up for sentence when called upon, pointed out that the evidence went to show the incorrectness of his statement that he had not been properly treated or properly educated at that institution.
