TEN NEW CONCERNS. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright London, March 21. The prospectuses of ten rubber companies were issued to-day with capitals aggregating £2,500,000. The Daily 'telegraph says' the high price of rubber has made some Ptra 1 cargoes' so valuable that it is difficult j to find a sufficient market to insure them.
