SUCCESS OF NEW ZEALAND BREEDERS. By Cable.- ,-iv.Sa Association. —Copyright Received March 22, 10.0 p.m. Sydney, March 22. Judging to-day in connection wit'i the Agricultural Society's show was favoured with fine weather and a large attendance of the public. All section of exhibits were wcli i p.esented. Tie numerous department entries were a record. In the sheep sections, New Zealand exhibitors were well to the front. Jonn Nixon took all the prizes in English Leicesters, including two champions and two reserve champions. In Border Leicesters, ram, two, years', Nixon was first and champion. Ram, under two years, J. B. Reid first and John Rennie second and third. Ewe, two years, Re-i----me first and champion, John Nixon second. Ewe, under two years, J. B. Reid first. Romney Marsh, ewe under two years, Reid first and reserve champion, second and third. Ram, under tw years, Reid third. The principal prizes for other longwool classes' went to local exhibitors. Received March 22, 11.2 p.m. Sydney, March 22. In the horse awards, blood stallion, four years and over, the first prize and champion went to Sir Aymer, and the secoiul and reserve champion was awarded to Col'arit. In trotters, pacers (stallion), four years or over, the New Zealand-bred Alniont took first and champion.
Heavy Clydesdales.—Greentree's New Zealand-bred Plucky Willie was h»*st and champion. Four year olds and ov;r, Damley, another New Zealand-bretl animal, was second and reserve cha-ai-pion, while for three year olds' Royal Fergus gained first and honours, and Faird Kingarlock and Alexander's Pride, both New Zealand bred, secured second and third. In mares, Colvin Brothers' Bonnie was first and champion; Bourke's New Zealand-bred Lady Wall was' sec | ond and reserve champion. Received March 23, 12.15 a.i> • j In the awards, besides Boag's success with Royal Fergus, and Bourke's with Lady Wall, t'he following New Zealaaders secured awards:—Heavy Clydes'daies —Stallion, two year? or under three: Mitchell and O'Brien's Native Clilet, a e- j cond prize; Cullen's Rich and Rare, third. Mare: Two years and under four: Andrew Chrvstal's Tartan, first, and Chrvstal's Princes'* Helen second. Clydesdales, active farm stallion, three years or over: Boag's Royal Stewart first. Mares: Boag's Jean first. R. Moore's Hereford bull Confidence was awarded second prize. ,
