RIFLE SHOOTING.
RIFLE CLUBS v. VOLUNTEERS. The following team lias been selected to represent the Volunteers in their annual match against the Rifle Clubs of Taranaki. The match will be fired at Eitham on Friday, March 25th, and will commence as soon after the arrival of the mail traiii from New Plymouth as possible. The Eitham Rifles have very kindly consented to make all recessary arrangements for the conduct of the match and the comfort of the visitors. Anyone selected who cannot attend is requested to communicate with Lieut. Willis, of the Taranaki Rifles immediately:—Lieuts. Whiting, Willis and Marett, Coior-Sergts. Harfcnell and Rodgers, Sergts., Carey, Xarbery, Evans, Oliver, Corp.. Taylor, Privates Humphries, Grover, Marett, Riddles, Hopewell, Blanchard, Gilshnan, Nichols, Bruce and Palmer. Emergencies: Privates King and Dewar. TARANAKI RIFLES v. WANGANUI RIFLES. The following team from tile Taranaki Rifles will fire a match at Wanganui against Wanganui Rifles on Enster Saturday morning, leaving New Plymouth by the 12.50 p.m. train on Friday:— Ckpt. Fletcher, Lieut. Marett, Sergt. Davies, Corp. Taylor, Privates Hum-, phries, Marett, Blanchett, Okey.
