EASTER HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS The following hours are to be observed by the Post and Telegraph Department on Good Friday, March 25th, and Easter Monday, March 28th:— POSTAL BRANCH. Good Friday.—A close holiday. All receivers and posting boxes are to be cleared at 7 p.m. on the 24t"n March. The mails usually closed on Fridays will be made up on Thursday, 24th, at 8 p.m. 1

Easter Monday.—The usual despatch of mails will be made up to 8 a.m. and the Post Office will be open in all branches (except Money Order and Savings Bank) from 9 a.m. to 10 am. The railway travelling post office will run as lisual on Good Friday and Easter Monday. The private box lobby will open from 9.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Good Friday. As usual on Easter Monday. A special delivery of correspondence will be made over the public counter on the evenings of the 24th and 26th from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. TELEGRAPH BRANCH. Good Friday—Open from 9.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Easter Monday—Open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to midnight. TELEPHONE EXCHANGE Good Friday—Open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Easter Monday —Attendance as usual.
