By TeiegropTi.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast is as follows: Cloudy and changeable weather lias prevailed with rain in parts, and especially about Cook strait. The barometer has continued high but unsteady, and the winds variable, but with strong southwesterly winds .prevailing south of Cook strait. Present indications are for a rising barometer with moderate to strong southerly winds. The weather probably will be generally cloudy and misty, cool and wet? in parts.
