In the Extra match Xo. 1, seven shots at lflt)0- yards, the principal prizewinners were Masefield (Sounds), and McCarthy (Kaponga), £2 each. 33; Xaylor (Christchurch) and Worthington (Kiokio), 30s each. 34; Willis (Southland) and Shanks (Gore). £1 each. 33. Small prizes were won by 45 others. Extra match Ni. 2, seven shots—Hadfield (Blenheim), £2,34: Shanks (Gore), •£l, 30. Smaller urizes were won by 30 others. The service teams matches occupied the morning, the Colonial Ammunition Company's match being the only one completed. Tn the afternoon the Canterbury 1000 yds and Auckland 000 yds were fired in a howling gale, which broke up many of the crack?. At the close of the day, King (Christchurch) and Ross were leading with 441. To-morrow the Champion Teams, United Service, and first stage of the Empire Match will be fired. THE AGGREGATES.
