The weather wa, perfect tor shooting at Trt-ntliani to-day, which was devoted to service shooting, and the whole of the series was completed. The shooting was good, and a large percentage of the competitors* got over fiO per < ; ent. of hits. In the Cover Match. 300 vard\ ten shots, Joplin won £.l, and Caldwell (Karori), Field (Xgatawai), and AsTon (Karori) each £3. In the Snapshooting Match, 300 Yards, seven shots, Mcintosh (Opaki) took £-1 10s, Pcttie (Bniee) £4 10s. Jones (Linwood), Hyde (Opaki). W. Cutler (Australia), Maher (Fcilding). Mcfilashan (Petone), Kciler (Dunedin). Guv (Rahotu), Wright (Riversdale). Marett (Taranaki), and Bairstow (Opaki) £1 lUs each. In the Loophole Match. 500 yards, ten shots. Waddington (ChristckmVh), Duncan (Millerton), Nielsen (Dannevirke), Duley (Dannevirke), and Cordukes (Paraparaumn) were top scorers. Tn the Rapid-firms Match, ,")00 yards, ten shots, Burns (Karori) and Purnell (Wansanui) look £4 10s each, Wirkens (Wellington), Dickson, and Bnrson (Bruce) £3. Grover (Taranaki) and Kells (Palmerston Xorth) £2. j. In the Attack Match. Sandfonl '(Christchureh), Mnnro (Muvihuku), and Joplin (Wellington) each made possibles, mid take £4 each.
