THE TRENTHAM MEETING. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Trentham Rifle Range, Last Night. The weather at Trentham to-day was the worst for shooting for the last three years. It was .-o bad, indeed, that during the afternoon, although nearly six hundred men fired over the GOO and 900 yards ranges, not one secured a ■possible. In the morning the conditions were somewhat better, but still trying to both young and seasoned riflemen, at times the difference between the shots being fifteen degrees. The prize-list is as follows: The principal prize-winners in the Otago Match, 800 and 900 yards, ten shots, were —Move (Denniston), £o, 04; Morgan (Auckland), £4, 03; Olson (Eketahuna), £3, 93; Clyde (Waikare), £3, 93; Arson (Murihikw), £3, 93; Patrick, MeCalley, Marenzi, and Thomas each won £2. Seventy-five won £l, and thirtv tyros from £1 to 10s. The Wellington Match, 500 and 600 yards, ten shots at each Fisher "(Stoke), £5. 00; Parslow (Akarann), £4, 9B; Baker (Wellington), £4, 96; James (Napier). £3, 90; Smith (Hastings), £3. 95: Tonkin (Dunedin), £3, 9;"k King (Linwood), Piggott (Australia). Moselin (Kaio), and Ching (Lyttelton) won £2 each. The same number won £1 and 10s prizes as in the Otago Match. THE AGGREGATES.
