Weber, a popular satirist, married at London recently the widow of Major von Sehoenbeck, who was shot by Captain von Goeben at the military barracks at Allenstern, Prussia, in 190 S. • Captain von Goeben confessed that be -committed the crime in a frenzy oi love for Madame Sehoenbeck, and then committed suicide. Madame von Sehoenbeck •was arrested as an accomplice, but the trial was not proceeded with owing to differences of opinion among the medical experts as to her mental condition. She has now- been arrested in Berlin on a charge of inciting and participating in the murder. The trial is arousing profound interest in Germany.
