This case also will be taken before a jury. APPEAL. Joint Dwver (appellant) v. John Reeve and Lucy Reeve (respondent), appeal from a decision of the Stipendiary Magistrate at Pa tea, who awarded respondent, Lucy Reeve, £75 5s damages, with £l2 17s costs, for injuries received in fall from a horse, caused, it wag alleged, through appellant's negligence in leaving certain fencing wire on a road: MISCELLANEOUS. Motions for discharge of the following bankrupts: James Rutherford, blacksmith, Eltliam (Mr Anders'on); Joseph Oossey, labourer, Hawera (Mr O'Dea); Richard Lloyd, cabdriver, Hawera (Mr O'Dea); Manson Ashton Currin, baker, Hawera (Mr O'Dea). Several matters will also he taken in chambers.
