NELSON HOTEL DESTROYED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nelson, Friday. The Rising Sun Hotel, at Waimca road, a wooden building, was totally destroyed by lire at 3 o'clock this mornig. The lYcensiie, Mr. Pauil Mitchell, and his family had a narrow escape from being burned to death. The staircase was on lire and they had to descend irom a window ncted with fire escape ropes.
