APPROPRIATION OF £20,000,000 By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received 1, 10 p.m. New York, March 1. Mr Meyer's (Secretary of the Navy Committee) programme for 1910 includes two 27,000-ton battleships, and five submarines, the latter for the Pacific Coast. The total naval appropriation is £267000,000. The 32,000-tonners are io r the following year's programme.
