Mr. Foster Fraser, who recently toured Australia and New Zealand, has commenced in the Standard a series of articles giving his impressions of his tour. He sums up Adelaide as being conspicuous fo r culture, Melbourne for business, and Sydney for pleasure, and adds that there is little genuine desire for immigrants.
