Special Loan of £BSO for the purpose of acquiring tlnland necessary to make that portion of the Kent to Barrett Cross Road, situated between the Mangorei and Carrington Roads—erecting a bridge and forming, culverting and fencing the road so acquired. A Special Roll has been prepared and is to-day deposited ten days for public inspection at the office of the Board, being in Mr. Philip Wells' house on Mangorei Road, showing the names"oi all persons entitled to, vote in that part affected, together with the numbers of the Sections, Blocks, Areas and Rateable Values of the lands ineluded in that part ot the District.
