OPERATIONS AT UOTUROA. There Is nothing of special interest to report at No. 2 bore, where work is being actively prosecuted. At Xo. ;i a gas vein was penetrated at a depth of 2000 teet last evening and oil. water and silt was ejected at great pressure. Boring is being carried on as fast as possible at this well.
