MOA ROAD BOARD.

The monthly meeting of the above Board was held on Saturday last, when there were present: Messrs. Trimble (chairman), Capper, Corkill, Jones, Lawrence, Mundt, Stead, Williams, and Young. Upland road: Chard to be informed that Board cannot supply boulders for crossing Hursthouse road. Brown and Co. to be asked to tidy tramway and clear culvert. Works on Norfolk road to stand over. Ratapiko and Kupara roads to be seen to, and that Jones be instructed to fill m a II ruts and form watertables at once, and extra labor if necessary. Mr. Thomson to be notified to cut back wattles. Toi-Toi road: Put in pipes where recommended. Mangaotea: Attend to watertables. The foreman was instructed to ascertain the measurement of Xeilson's dray. It was resolved that tenders be called for supply of 75 yards' of broken niet.tl to be delivered to the foreman on Bristol road west, tenders to be in by next meeting.
