The Socialist •"right to work" demonstration in Trafalgar Square condemned the labor exchanges as " vote-catching make-believes," and attacked the Labor party for sacrificing the unemployed to the welfare of Liberalism. THE TRANSVAAL LOAN. PRECEDENCE LN THE COMMONS. Received February 22, 12.5 a.m. London. February 21. The Daily Express states that the Government is determined to renew the Transvaal war loan of £21,339,603, due on April sth. This will necessitate legislation taking the precedence over the veto.
