THE TRANSVAAL LOAN. PRECEDENCE LN THE COMMONS. Received February 22, 12.5 a.m. London. February 21. The Daily Express states that the Government is determined to renew the Transvaal war loan of £21,339,603, due on April sth. This will necessitate legislation taking the precedence over the veto.
