Mr. Joseph Chamberlain- "lias arrived at Cannes, states a London cable message. Mr. J. Noale, of the New. Plymouth stall of the Union Steam Ship Company, has received notice of transfer to Lyttelton. His place "here will be taken by Mr. Yates, of the Wellington office. •Mr. Ncnle leaves for his new appointment in the course of the next fortnight.
