SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Teteßmnn. —Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast is as follows:—Fair weather and moderate and variable winds have prevailed, except about Foveaux Strait, where strong westerly winds and misty rains have been experienced. Present indications are for a slowly falling barometer, with freshening northerly winds. Fair weather is probable generally, but a low pressure area is due to pass in the south on Thursday, and a change in the weather is expected to precede, it.-
