Having purchased Messrs H. Jakes & Co.'s Business as Coach Proprietors and Livery Stable-keepers, I wish the public to know that there will be a Thrice] Weekly Service only from Stratford to Whangamomona. Coach will leave Stratford every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY, on arrival of the Mail Train, returning from Whangamomona every TUESDAY. THURSDAY and SATURDAY, leaving Whangamomona at 7.30 a.m. The Coach puts up at the Commercial Stables. Fares as under:— Single. Return. Toko 2/- 3/Douglas 3/- 5/Strathmore .. 7/6 12/6 Pohokura .. .. 15/- 25/Whangamomona 20/- 35/Passengcrs requiring return tickets must pay for same on first journey ar otherwise single fares both ways will 'be charged.
