Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cable message from their London house, under date of 17th inst.: Frozen meat.—The beef and mutton ■markets are firm without any change in prices, whilst prices for lamb are ruling V 3 d to y 4 A higher. Tallow. —For mutton, any change is In favor of sellers, and other descriptions are fid to 9d higher. Wool.—The market is firm, especially for crossbred wools of medium and coarse quality. At next sales we expect that if any change in prices takes place it will be in favor of sellers. The quantity which will be available is very uncertain—it will probably be below 150,000 bales.
