Towel Embroidered.—A pretty present is a very wide and long towel made of good liuck. The ends have a deep hem finished with a row of hemstitching, and above this' i,s a cross-stitch design in shades of delft blue. This towel is intended as a cover for the towels, which may be slightly tumbled. The owner's initials may be added in cross stitche3 above the design at one end.
