Duncan (Wal- '• lington), Jas. Clarke (.New Plymouth), ! John Kennedy (Gcraldine) and C. E. Keast (Dunedin). , THE N.Z. AMATEUR CHAMPION- , SHIP MEETING. Wellington, Last Night. L. M. McKay, pole vault champion, is unable to get leave to attend the championship meeting at Auckland. Hubbard is likely to take his place. \ M. Ward, the crack local sprinter, has been chosen as a member of the Wellington representative team, and will probably compete in the 220 and 440 yards events. He is rapidly getting into form, and should uphold his reputation even against the redoubtable Woodger. Harry Kerr, of Tariki, who also represents Wellington, is in fine walking condition at pres'ent. Kerr will probably leave for Auckland early next I week, but Ward will not go north till ' Wednesday night. , ; >-., )
