MINERAL OIL.
BONUS FOR PRODUCTION. A bonus for the production of mineral oil will be mi id under the following conditions (states the Gazette):— (1) A bonus of 3d per gallon (£6250) will be paid on the first 500,000 galloas of mineral oil produced in the Dominion of New Zealand. The mineral oil . : n the refined state to_ have a specific gravity of 0.514" to- u~83(5, and a flash point of not less than 83deg. Fahr. by the Abel closed test. (2) Notice of intention to claim the bonus must be given in writing to the Minister for Minos not later than March 31, 1912. (3) The claim must be made before March 31. 1013. (4) The (irst claimant who proves to the satisfaction of the Government that he has fulfilled all the. condition* to be the recipient of the bonus. (5) All conditions as to quantity, quality, .priority, and value to be fulfilled to thV •satisfaction of an officer appointod f»r the purpose oy the Government.
