Abraham Connelly was found guilty of indecent assault on a little girl 'aged seven, his adopted daughter, and <*«. tenced to three years' imprisonment. AUCKLAND SITTINGS. Auckland, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, Thomas Patterson was sentenced to three months' imprisonment for perjury. Horace Wilson, for indecent assault an two children, was sentenced to <ivn years' imprisonment, with hard labor, .and a flogging of ten lashes. A Mao-i named Hone Tareha. charc-ed with on offence against a girl under 1(1 rears, was also sentenced to live years' imprisonment.
