CANADIAN TARIFF.

Brv Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright Received February 18, 12.5 a.m. London, February 17. The Morning Post's Ottawa correspondent says the features of the new agreement are (1) that Germany abandons the contention that Canada must admit her to British preference; (2) Germany is merely admitted to the general tariff, and thus Canada does not imperil her relations with Washington; (3) the agreement, which operates from March Ist, can be terminated at two months' notice.
