The conference of the Amalgamated Society (if Railway Servants was continued '.D-day. A vigorous profst was entered against the continuation of paying claims to members of the first division out of the Railway Superannuation Fund, and it was decided that the Act be amended to make provision for widows and children of superannuated members deceased, also for widows and children of deceased members retired as unfit for duty. It was resolved that benefits under the Workers' Compensation Act should not interfere m any way with the benefits under the Railway Superannuation Fund.
