DELAY IX zr.wcn STEAMER'S DEPARTURE. AX INDIGNATION MEETING. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Received 17, 1*2.25 a.m. Melbourne, February 16. A meeting of the Waratah Search Committee sent a cable to the Premier of Natal expressing indignation at the delay in the Wakefield's departure, and urging him to expedite her sailing in every possible manner. Life insurance companies do not intend to pay on the lives of Waratah passengers until the Court grants probate, and even they they will require an indemnity. They do not regard the ■fact of the English Ojurt granting probate on Captain Ilbery's will as binding en them.
