The British New Guinea Development Company will shortly offer London and Australasia £500.000 7 per cent, par ticipating preference shared in Lord' Ranfurly's Papuan Land Syndicate, which receives 52,000 cash and 223.000 ordinary £1 shares, ranking for dividend after the latter have received their 7 per cent.
