AMUSEMENTS.
HEWITT'S PICTURES. The capital programme that has been exhibited by Hewitt's' Pictures for the past two evenings, giving the greatest satisfaction to patrons, is 1.0 be changed this eveuing. Every picture in the new programme is a " star,' but there are one or two j films of transcendent interest. For instance, there is a splendid lihn depicting the Spanish national sport of bullfighting in the arena at Camargue. A great review of the British" fleet is of especial interest just now. Here, in a film v, hich takes about ten minutes to pass through the cinematograph, is given a glimpse of Britain's greatness. Tlie Six-weekly Bleriot Period" gives a good idea of the great advance unde in airships and their navigation. "The Legend of Orpheus" is a most interesting film, as ;> I>o is a "Visit to Bombay." whilst there are several splendid comic and dramatic films.
