It was decided to hold a display of fireworks on the first night of the races, Wednesday. February Kith, at which it was hoped to obtain the assistance of some of the crew of H.M.S. Pegasus. All application for permission to sell refreshments near the racecourse entrance on race days was declined. Mr. W. T. .Jennings, M.P., will be thanked for his donation of six hlacic swans. The Board's overdraft, including accounts owing, was shown at :ClO4. It wa« decided to place rubbish-bins in "tlie grounds for waste paper, etc.
