Wellington, Saturday. Mr. Justice Cooper gave judgment to-day on the originating summons under the Declaratory Judgments A:t. trustees of the Levin estate v. Moua Beatrice Levin. The action was hrougat to decide whether defendant was entitled to receive accumulations under the estate totalling £3U ) (HM on attaining her majority. The Judge decided that she was.
