A FESTIVAL OF EMPIRE.
COLONIALS' ACCOMMf iDATION. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright London, February 4. Mr. W. L. Burdett-Coutts has offered ■the promoters of the Festival of Knipirc his house in Piccadilly as a club house for 1201) colonial delegates participating in the pageant. Arrangements are being made to take the delegates to visit places oi interest in England. The festival is to be held at the Crystal Palace, beginning at the latter end of May and lasting three months. The overseas dominions are each to have their separate exhibitions and 15.000 people are to take part in a pageant dealing with the history of London.
