ROBS AUTHORS OF .£28,000. By Cable—Tress Association.—Copyright London, February 3. A Law Court action revealed the fact that the late Mr. Bright, dramatic huthors' agent, defrauded Mr. J. M. BarVie, Sir A. Conan Doyle, Stephen Phillips, and Louis Parker of £28,000 in tonnec-tion with American royalties. Mr. Barrio only discovered the frauds when Bright's executors asked him to look into his accounts. Investigation resulted in repayment to Mr. Barrie of >£lo,ooo.
