AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, February 3. In the Supreme Court, in divorce, decrees nisi were granted in the cases Emily Nelson Dixon v. Samuel Octavius' Dixon, for misconduct: Alfred Tilly v. Marion Elizabeth Tilly, desertion; Alice Violet Doube v. Edward Doube, cruelty and desertion; Catherine Elizabeth Brookshank v. James William Brookshank, desertion. WELLINGTON SESSIONS. Wellington, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day WilWam McMahon, a youth, was sentenced to four years' hard Labor for indecent assault on a little girl.
