The only places to send in returns during the year, other than New Plymouth, I were ITawera, Patea, and Eltliam. The 'oeal depot had been steadily progressing. Nearly £2O had been spent on it, and £OO had been remitted to London. Mr. N. K. MacDiarmid, the treasurer, vend the annual balance-sheet. The receipts amounted to £ll2 12s, and the expenditure £llO 7s 2d, leaving a balance in iin.nd of C2 4s lltd.
