The vessel has 'been ordered into dock and her crew transferred to another ship. GERMAN EXPERT OPINION. Berlin, January 26. Count Reventlow, the German naval expert, in an article in the Deutsche Tageszeitung, states that Lord Fisher has' left his successor a fleet prepared in the fullest measure for war, also fully equal to the future.
