CANADIAN' LEGISLATION. liv Telegraph.—Press Association. Received January 20, 10.35 p.m. Ottawa, January 20. - The Canadian Minister for Labor !ms introduced the Combines Investigation Act. It provides machinery to investigate trusts which may enhance prices or restrict competition. Any combination affecting the cost of storage, transport of goods or shipping rates, is included.
