" 'FIREWORKS DISPLAY.
All arrangements have been completed in connection with the large display of Miranrar fireworks which is to be given on the Recreation Sports Ground tomorrow evening, and, given fine weather. there will doubtless bo a hirire attendance. The set pieces which are included in the programme are all verv attractive, and never fail to gain the approval of the audience. The company recently gare two large displays at Blenheim in connection with the* Marlborough jubilee celebrations, and were witnessed by upwards of five thousand spectators. The Marlborough Herald, m commenting on the displays, said 'that "the expeditions manner in which the exhibition was got off. proved the enterprising management to lie pastmasters at the art. The set pieces were very beautiful." The New Plymouth display is on a more elaborate scale still, and the management are sparing no pains towards ma'kinsr it the finest pyrotechnic spectacle ever witnessed here.
