" SU-UIIARY AXD (FORECAST, By Teleßrnpii.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following is Rev. D. C. Baths' eummary and forecast: —Cloudy and unsettled weather has prevailed and rain has fallen on the East Coast of the South Island ill abundance. The barometer lias risen in the South with easterly winds. There has been little movement in the Xorth, where westerly winds have prevailed. The present indications are for a temporary rise m the South, with northerly winds, to |>e •followed bv a further change in the "arometer. Humid and weather is likely to continue, and a definite rise In the barometer is due to take .place on Friday night or Saturday morning-
